A team of

Creative

Experts

We started with an artist’s desire to create 'cool ish' and 'get paid', and shifted toward a larger vision focused on the importance of BIPOC representation and compensation in the creative market.

Our vision benefits local BIPOC creatives and those looking to hire a team tapped into lineages of knowledge, innovation, and adaptability. Together, we can help our local economy build a new creative market that prioritizes all people and lays a blueprint for the industry's future.
